But first came a meal.

After Lil Miss graduated,

we were treated to a delicious meal

at THE FRIENDSHIP HOUSE in Wamego, Kansas

by our Daughter.

Made for a delightful day with family,

fellowship and food.

My 'ole self on the way to watch Lil Miss graduate from Pre-school.

Lil Miss was so excited.

Her Momma and Gramps attended also.

Congrats to the Graduates.

In a way, I'm graduating as well. 

My Childcare Responsibilities will be changing this Summer.

When School starts up, I'll be retiring to less hours

 and changing gears to more free time to do a multitude of other activities.

Taking a deep breath and sigh.

Weather was fair that evening as Lil Miss danced at her first Recital. 

Every group of Dancers was pleasant to watch.
It made for a pleasant evening out with Family.

continue this week by marathoning along.

Some people knit or thumb through magazines while they wait for appointments.....we played in the front seat of the car with Strawberry Shortcake figurines and waited for Lil Miss's Momma.  Amazing how the automobile cab becomes a fortress for toys.  All these figurines have a delightful fragrance to them.  Wonder how the toy manufacturers do this......hum.......will it last?  

On this particular day, the temps were in the 70s.  Heavenly.
