Am exhausted and on the mend. Life surprised me with an ANGRY GALLBLADDER. I had gone on a road trip to a Dinner Theater with a small group of friends to celebrate one of the ladies 60th birthday. Didn't feel the best as I was recovering from what might be known as a gallbladder attack earlier in the week. Still sore from attack on Tuesday.
The week before I had an episode where I got nauseated so suddenly making my way quickly to the toilet to leave my cookies. As the week progressed I was fatigued, but seemed alright. Had a drive of energy to clean here and there. A week later I had another episode where the nausea came on so fast. Four day later I went with friends to Dinner Theater.
Great play and meal. I ate small portions mostly of vegetables and no dessert. Fun bus ride back home.
Light supper. By 1 in the morning my stomach felt odd and had pain over entire gut and side. I began upchucking and didn't have relief. Husband took me to the Manhattan emergency room where I was in intense pain. Checked in and waited.
When morphine isn't taking care of the discomfort, Houston we have a problem. By the time I got to my room, I was extremely weak, still in pain. Blood work, blood pressure, cat scan all alright. Oxygen not so good. On Monday morning I had a gallbladder ultrasound which revealed gallstones.
My blood work was alright the night before, but on Monday the white blood cells had jumped to 23000 whatever. Infection indicated. Wheeled into surgery and had emergency gallbladder removal in the afternoon. Doc said I was a very sick girl with an angry gallbladder. It was gangrenous which I had never heard of before. I am on the mend, still sore and eating low fat diet.
Over the last couple of years my gut had been bloating clear under my breast bone and all over gut area. I'm a heavy woman, but my gut was distended with bloating.
As I recall the last few years, I can mention 6 or 7 times that I had what I would call a gallbladder attack. I'd have these then get to feeling better. This one on Sunday morning didn't get to feeling better. Intense pain.
I went to my regular doctor April 25th with gallbladder issues and it went no where.
My HUSBAND has been a HUGE HELP taking care of me as when I went to lie down for bed I was a mess. Impossible to recline. We did a number with pillows behind the back and I lowered myself down. Getting up was difficult. Slowly I am able to raise myself up to stand and walk.
Taking it ever so easy.
As I look at food, I cannot eat very much. I am wondering and thinking over all kinds of things about trans fats and saturated fats, the way food is prepared, stored, cooked. What does all these fats do to the gallbladder in which processes fats? Should we avoid fatty foods altogether?
Healthy fats are there that should be in one's diet. Nuts. Olive oil.
Trying to lose weight quickly can cause gallstones. Eating lots of fatty food to lose weight is a fad. Thinking that this is a mistake. What kinds of fats are being eaten? Should it matter what one eats? Yes. As well as to what one drinks. Pushing drinking water but without fluoride.
Society tells you to increase water consumption and along with that, the monster sneaks right into you. Fluoride enters in. OOPS. We'll not expound on that because.........it's not healthy for you. Shhhsssssh. Tell no one.
Actually tell everyone.
Your dentist might not like it.
The food program my husband and I did in relation to getting an insurance discount was not one concerned about nutrition, balanced eating, how food is prepared. Eat all of what you want first. Put the eating utensil down between bites. Eat all of one item then move onto the next not returning to the first. This program is from the devil. This program being sold to big companies is making the founder a very wealthy woman, but I believe in the long run makes very sick clients. "You are so right, Todd!" You'll know who I'm talking about if involved with this program.
I believe we can eat healthier and live healthier without any prepaid programs that want to seduce us into their world. Money speaks louder than words. The root of all kinds of evil comes from the love of money. As long as something makes someone money, they may be alright taking the money and to heck with their product or way of life destroying people's health. The way of the world is wicked.
Years ago I had year after year after year of urinary tract infections and was grasping at straws trying to figure out why I continued to be ill. Went so far as to telephone a feminine product company where the representative poo pooed me off that it couldn't possibly be anything in their sanitary product causing issues and she passed the buck.
Still an advocate of using white toilet paper and wearing cotton underwear. Changing sanitary pads often and using soap and water to wash one's hoohaw. Wiping front to back. Air out.
While at the Hospital one of the nurses mentioned that shredded cheese has wood pulps added to it so the cheese doesn't clump together. I had heard this before and yet I continued to use shredded cheese.
Look on the food label. Packaged shredded cheese contains cellulose – an “ingredient” that keeps shredded cheese from sticking together. Cellulose is made from wood pulp. Wood pulp keeps packaged pre-shredded cheese from sticking together.
Just last week I was reading about DUCK FEATHERS and HUMAN HAIR being added to foods. Being added to bagels and bread. Why?
L-cysteine is an amino acid used to extend the shelf life of commercial bread products and is most commonly synthesized from human hair. But no one eats processed food with the illusion that they're not eating something at least a bit gross.
What I read about L-cysteine was upsetting. DUCK FEATHERS AND HUMAN HAIR added to food? Then there's WOOD CHIPS. Wood chips? Why? What the heck for? Where does this stuff come from? L-cysteine can cause asthma to flare up. Who has asthma? I do.
Years of eating certain foods and fillers can build up causing havoc with the human body. Not avoiding certain fats causes health issues. It really does. Food coloring and additives are trouble.
Got to thinking about all the chemicals added to skincare products. Skin is the largest human organ. With that being said, this huge organs takes on some not so nice stuff. What we apply to it matters. What happens in the liver, kidney, pancreas, etc.? Going natural is on the horizon.
Why apply chemicals to skin?
Natural.
I believe we are causing health issues because we sometimes don't know that what we're doing to our bodies is harmful or choose to ignore the hype out there for healthier living.
I have so much to think about. Already changes have taken place.
There's fluoride to contend with. After being fed all the good info about what good fluoride supposedly does for your teeth, why is the bad being overlooked on what it is doing to pineal glands in the human brain? Calcifying it. Check out what fluoride does to contributing to arthritis, softening bones, kidney disease.
Is this partly the reason we have an increase in dementia and cancer? Think so.
Fluoride isn't all good. We've been sold some bad hype. A waste product that does what to humans? Hitler knew.
Why does the Vatican have a statue of the pineal gland (pine cone) in their court yard? Isn't it odd. What is the function of the pineal gland anyway?
See that beautiful pine cone in the Vatican that use to be a fountain. Pineal gland resembles a pine cone also known as the third eye. Mystical.
Not important symbolism?
It's everywhere.
Tune in.
Not only have I been detoxing from the television, word of faithers false doctrine with false teachers infiltrated in bible studies, churches and women's conferences, but believe fluoride has to go as well as trans fats, saturated fats, high corn syrup fructose.
OH MY!
