It's so late...and yet it's so early. I've stayed up late and now it's early morning. There's a hush in the house. So quiet. I had such a good day today. I could hear birds chirping letting me know that Spring is just about here. As I walked out to the car, I noticed the flowers popping up through the flowerbed ground.The drive into the city was embraced by gentle raindrops on the windows. Toddler in the backseat began to sing. Dropped off some mail and began my hunt for a rack that would fit on the backside of the mechanical door to hold sundries until a medicine cabinet goes up in the downstairs powder room.
No luck at finding what I went looking for, but got some ideas on what color to paint the diningroom. Reminded that Easter is coming. Picked my husband up for lunch and tasted some of the best gravy I have ever had! Tasted like it had sage and thyme in it.
Bought some castor oil today so I can try this new beauty treatment to reduce facial wrinkles. Apply small amount on clean face and neck. Forgot to buy some bread.
I actually paralleled parked our car. I can never parallel park! Still raining and I had an umbrella handy. Took advantage of half price drinks at Sonic. Bought a $3 children's plastic tea set. I really should jot down sayings Toddler says so I can repeat them to her mom to enjoy. Home Depot has 10 cent 8"x 8" boxes for sale. I bought a dollars worth. Great buy for today.
Had an energy bar on the way home. Laundry in and doing paperwork.
With all that is going on behind the scenes that I don't type about...I have a new appreciation for God's Holiness and how He is good. His ways are precious and right. I am thankful for honest people who desire to walk uprightly before God.
