WEDNESDAY being Veterans Day on November 11th. Our heroes. Last community I lived in, red paper POPPIES were sold door to door by local citizens to raise some funds for the veterans. I'd buy.
I haven't seen this in our new community we presently live in. No POPPIES.
WE HAVE SUCH FREEDOMS HERE IN AMERICA. It mustn't be put down like a rabid dog. Respect to all that have served our country. Heroes and peace makers. God bless each one. A prayer of peace and blessings.
Appreciative of the people who served so we can freely live in the United States of America. The UNITED States. UNITED not divided...united. A land where one can have opinions that can freely be shared with others and not fear being locked up or put to death for having a difference of opinion.
Free Press. Freedom to vote. Freedom to communicate with our Representatives. Freedom to worship. Freedom to disagree and still be free. Free to read books, to think, to live.
Freedom does have a price. Many have died serving this country to protect and defend our freedoms. This is the reality of it. May we never forget the ones who did serve and also those that paid with their lives.
