Beloved, there's alot a person can do to help stay cooler while out in the Summer heat. Cherry Limeades in the Shade! After watching a small town parade to kick off the week of a County Fair, we cooled off with some Cherry Limeades under a colorful umbrella. Sure was good and tasty. Just what the Doctor ordered.

See what I mean? Just a little tart, that's all.
Ingredients needed to make Simple Cherry Limeades:
one manachino cherry on stem
one 12 oz. can of Sprite
one lime
1/4 cup cherry juice
ice
Start by dropping cherry in bottom of cup you'll be using.
Wash lime, so it's clean.
Fill cup 2/3 rds full of ice.
Add 12oz. of sprite.
Add 1/4th cup cherry juice into sprite.
Cut lime in half.
Squeeze one half of the lime into sprite.
Slice the other half of the lime into wedges.
Place lime wedges into drink.
Stir.
Makes 16oz. drink.

Life just got a little easier. May you have a blessed rest of the Summer as we inch our way into Autumn. Sure hope we have an extra long Indian Summer.
