2) Say a Prayer of Blessings for a pleasant time.
3) Play some soft Christmas Music in the background.
4) Have room tidied making ready a place for the tree to occupy.
5) Gather Christmas Decor, Tree Skirt and Tree Stand.
6) Light a Seasonal Scented Candle.
7) Have beverages and light refreshments to serve after tree is decorated and places for people to sit.
8) Don't forget the Holiday Napkins.

2) Weave twinkle lights on the branches.
3) Hang Ornaments on tree branches.
4) If using a real tree pour warm water in stand. Water tree daily.
5) Wrap base of Tree Stand with Tree Skirt.
Creating a Child Friendly Christmas Tree
The previous 2 years we had a Formal Parlour Tree Christmas and a Casual Family Room Christmas Tree. To keep things simple with a active Grandchild living in the home, the Family Room Tree was decorated with small stuffed toys. No stress if a toy gets pulled off of the tree or if toy falls off. Very Child Friendly.
