I am sooooo THANKFUL for 

pleasant WEEK-ENDS!!!

During the month of November I have been sharing what I am THANKFUL for.  My list could go on and on, but I will halt for a while as I prepare for Family to come in and celebrate our Traditional Holiday of THANKSGIVING.

Since Thanksgiving Day is only a few days away and I have much to do.....i'm taking a breather from blogging.

Before I pause....i just have to tell you that i am extremely THANKFUL for you and our friendship in blogland!!!  

I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day.

A Conservative Alternative to 'The View'? November Thankful

~NOVEMBER 18th~

I am THANKFUL that we can still speak our minds and have personal opinions in this Country we call HOME.

So with that said.....Are you familiar with POLITICHICKS???  I just discovered them yesterday.

Some of you will love this and some of you won't be impressed.  
I didn't know this show was available and I wanted to share that there is a show like this on the internet.  "POLITICHICKS"

I am THANKFUL for my CHILDREN!

Each one is full of talent and personality.

Children are a blessing from the LORD.

Not a burden.....a blessing.

I love each one and THANK GOD for them.

~I am THANKFUL for the written word of God~

I am thankful we have access to the Bible and can read it for ourselves.  
I am thankful that I know how to read.

2 Timothy 3: 16 and 17

All scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, 
for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

As I get older, I enjoy quiet time and reading ever so slowly the Bible.

~I AM THANKFUL FOR BIRTHDAYS~

Today is my Son's 34th Birthday!

I am thankful for this fine young man 

full of talent, compassion, life!
He chose to work a job.

He chose to marry.

He chose to father.

He chose the higher road.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Dear God, Hear my prayer.  Please bless our children this day.

I believe your word.

You are the creator that loves us and desires us to have a personal relationship with you, to know you.  You want to bless us.  
You want us to live lives pleasing to you.  
Children are a blessing from you...not a burden.  A blessing!

Be real in our children's lives.

I ask that you bless my Son today and let him know that you love him 
and care for him like nobody else can.

Let him know that his Mom loves him and desired to give him life.  
That it was my great pleasure and honor to raise him.
