Recipe for Shipwreck Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound of hamburger
4 potatoes
2 cans tomato soup
2 small cans of pork and beans
1 pound of bacon
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Wash, peel, slice potatoes thin and place them in baking dish.
Crumble hamburger on top of potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour pork and beans over the hamburger.
Top off with tomato soup.
Add cut up bacon.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
