Easy CHEESECAKE to whip into shape and call good.

Ingredients
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
ALLOW cream cheese to soften to room temperature.
HEAT oven to 350 degrees.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar, juice, and vanilla with electric mixer
on medium speed until well blended.
ADD eggs; mix until blended.
POUR into graham cracker pie crust.
BAKE 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
COOL.
REFRIGERATE at least 4 hours before serving.
GARNISH.
STORE leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
CAN SOMEONE SAY CHEESE?
