May Day is coming. My Goodness...this year is just about a fourth of the year over as April comes to an end. 1/4th gone. That makes me bLiNk and say "HUH?" I want to take time to reflect the months of January, February, March and April.
After Christmas, we rang in a cold New Year,
celebrated the 3rd Birthday of Lil Junior Miss,
traveled to Saint Louis on a snowy Valentine's Day when a Grandson was coming into this world,
a Daughter-In-Law turned 30,
went to Oklahoma to celebrate Mic Man's 3rd Birthday,
returned to St. Louis for a longer visit with family,
Easter,
Daughter turned 30,
Mom turned 78,
TAXES,
Spring Cleaning,
thinking about decorating ideas.
Looking forward to more sun filled days with blue skies and gentle breezes as Spring sways to the tune of what GOD has in store for us.

Beginning with a cold winter and Christmas
Lil Junior Miss celebrates her 3rd Birthday with HELLO KITTY Theme. Her Momma put on a sweet party. Even though the weather was rough we had a nice time. It was warm inside. Gramps fixed that cute cake!!! Gramps!!!!
Valentine's Day BIRTHDAY of "Baby P" in Saint Louis!!! Thankful we were able to be there for the big event. Momma and Baby doing fine.

We celebrated Mic Man's 3rd Birthday in Oklahoma. Theme was Toy Story. Shell made the Birthday Cake! She did a great job.

Before we returned Home to KANSAS we went to POPS outside of Arcadia, Oklahoma to have a HAMBARGRRRR and Famous Root Beer. We were treated to seeing a red helicopter...that is something I seldom see.
We traveled back to Saint Louis to spend more time with Tinman, Ryna and their newborn Son. Since he was born on a Sunday and we weren't able to stay longer on Valentine's Day we returned 3 weeks later.
We headed Home after a trip to see where a Saint Louis FITZ Root Beer is actually made and had some Lunch at their Restaurant. Their Root Beer Float is a piece of ART.
PAPERWORK is a Reality at HomeHaven and I will go into more detail later as time passes about all this paperwork that has to be gone through. Hours have gone into a paper chase. HOURS. I didn't know I had it in me to be so focused on being a Private Investigator...but once again I got to see first hand that there are still surprises in this old girl that I didn't know was there!
