SPRING TIME PROM

PROM was this past week-end. As the students stood at the top of the Court house stairs their names were announced then special music of their choosing was played. MADE FOR A SPECIAL MOMENT.
Two grandchildren attended. Lil Miss, a Sophomore and 'W', a Junior. The weather was gorgeous.
LIL MISS looked so much like a little woman I cried. She has grown up right before my eyes and it has been amazing to watch her turn into a young LADY. She looked absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous.
I'm telling you, I have never seen so many good looking kids from a small town before like this. It was uplifting to see them promenading down the steps of the Court House.
'W' and date.
'W' looked so handsome. He was about 9 years old when I first met him when my daughter began dating his Dad. Here he is 17. Not sure where the time has gone. He's a bonus Grandson.
Each time I see all of my grandchildren, I can see how they have grown and changed. Seems like they are growing up faster then my kids did as time flies by faster each day.
If I could do LIFE over again and I know I can't, there are a few things I would do differently since I know so much more the older I get. ha. The world is spinning faster the older I get.
Since I can't re-do LIFE, I have to live as best I can right now. Eat better. Be better organized. Use time the best I can. I have to live this LIFE right now, in the present and take it all in.
Promenading through the day.

FUN FACTS FOR CHANDYS
SELECTING THE CORRECT SIZE CHANDY TO USE IN A ROOM MADE EASY. FORMULA MEASUREMENTS: Measure the room's height and width. Add together the numbers. Example: 8' x 10' room is 8 plus 10= 18" Use a 18" wide chandy. OR Take width of room calculating 2" for every foot. Example: 15' wide room. Take 15 times 2 = 30. Room needs 30" wide chandy. Standard distance between the bottom of the chandelier to the top of the table is 30 inches. When hanging the chandelier, make sure to hang it at the proper height. The bottom of a chandelier over a dining table or kitchen island should hang 30 to 32 inches above the top of the table or island. Most rooms call for at least 7 feet of space between the bottom of the chandelier and the floor.
