OH JOY! I woke to snow on the ground. My soul jumps with joy. I opened the curtains seeing the snowy stuff covering my yard. Tis cold outside, but I am warm and cozy in my HOME. A BLESSING. The washing machine is running as I type and I'm getting ready to have a V8 for added vegetables in my day count of veggies.
Yesterday, I only had two meals with a snack in the evening. Odd thing is, I wasn't very hungry so the two meals were enough. Soft tacos for lunch with supper being baked chicken, green beans and mashed potatoes. Snack was Rice Krispy Treats with milk.
Smaller portions and taking longer to eat. Slower eating to actually taste the food in my mouth. Taking more time between bites. No hurry. More non-GMO foods, organic, less pork more pasture fed lean beef, turkey, range free chicken, eggs, some fish such as salmon, tuna and cod. I've cut out the coffee even caffeine free and cutting back on artificial sweeteners. Not so much sugar. Bump up the good fats like avocados and olive oil. I will have to decrease high fat dairy and strive to use lower fat dairy. More nuts. Up the fruit and veggies. I can do this thang.
We're being played. Why are GMO foods being pushed on peeps? High fructose corn syrup used to sweeten so much? What about so much toxic fluoride added to products and especially water under the guise that it is helpful in preventing tooth decay? Calcifying the pineal gland causing health issues? Plant based foods like fake meat becoming easier to obtain? Beautiful cotton altered and becoming the dirtiest crop around? Vaccines with human DNA from aborted babies manufactured when ethic ones are doable? Aborted baby parts in make-up? Controversial Chem Trails affecting air quality and disturbing healthy plants making them die? Have I missed any? I'm sure I have. Such as the destruction of morals and dethroning God with the media material being presented and subject matters in movies, film and programming stories that encourage sin, death and worldly living. Promoting all Bible translations as acceptable even if they leave out ye must be born again through Christ and encourage all ways lead to God. You are GOD so who needs one? Churches claiming to be Christian where their sanctuaries look more like a night club with flashing lights and smoke. Do they have infrasonic sound systems that make it possible to feel sound and not hear it controlling emotions? Mood music for sure. Mantras in the lyrics of the songs where you sing the words over and over and over again? Don't forget SiriusXM satellite radio capable of sending happy vibes through the air waves. Maybe sad ones as well. Let the tears flow.

For late night entertainment we watched some television about the Titanic scandal. I hadn't heard this one, but they presented the theory of ship switching. They say it was actually the damaged Olympic, the Titanic's sister ship, that sunk. They had a very convincing argument that the ships were switched beforehand changing the names.
I hadn't thought about it before, but I checked out who profited from the Titanic sinking and was the ship insured? The ship was insured. Although the RMS Titanic was registered as a British ship, it was owned by the American tycoon, John Pierpont (J.P.) Morgan. Human life doesn't mean much to those who desire money to line their pockets come what may. There's info about Jesuits being involved.
Just so happens JP Morgan changed his plans of traveling on the Titanic due to illness at the last minute. Morgan was spotted a few days later elsewhere doing well. No noticeable illness. The conspiracies continue to this day. JP Morgan would perish close to a year later. All that money didn't save his soul. I research on the computer as the television is on. Multi-tasking.
Onto reading more about cereal. hah. My subject matter jumps about. JH Kellogg has a very interesting life story. Many of his theories remain today. He lived to be 91 dying from pneumonia after developing acute bronchitis. Much written about him. He believed wearing white suits allowed his body to absorb the most sunlight.
He was raised an Seventh Day Adventist sustaining from meat and sex. He was apparently a very intelligent person that achieved much in the health world. Kellogg believed that cornflakes helped alleviate sexual urges. There are some rather cruel things he promoted to mutilate the human body to discourage sexual functions. He'd be disfellowshipped from the Seventh Day Adventist and become a freemason.
