Sweet Blessings to you where ever you are.
Plans for the day changed after I realized that I couldn't stay home for the day to clean on the house. Sigh. What needs to be accomplished before Christmas Company arrives.....each day I work a little to inch toward the goal. Inching today would be a centimeter.
I had forgotten that I was to have some lab work done in preparation for my next week's Doctor's appointment about Thyroid Health. So with that in mind, I made a list of hopefuls to do while in Topeka that would help with getting HOME LIFE in better order.
Wanting to get some new soft pink sheets for one bed, thought I could Christmas shop as well and buy some new Winter Shoes for my feet. After the lab was finished, I stormed Tuesday Morning. They didn't have sheets that would work, but had some toys that would, no shoes, but bought the best Caramels I have ever tasted. I will have to go back and buy some more for the Holidays.

oh. my. goodness. goooooood candy.
Stopped off at K-Marts.
Onto Sams.
Targeted Target.
Successful at Target for the sheets, but changed my mind about pink.
Went with basic white that was SHABBY CHIC safe.
Returned Home in time to pick Lil Miss up from school.
Washed and dried the new sheets.
They look good.
Shall see how they wear.
Evening was spent Baby Sitting while Daughter tended to some Church business,
Grandpa and Lil Miss played Dinosaurs.
Hung a few more ornaments on the Christmas Tree.
Unloaded my spoils that I came home with.
Placed a vase with artificial stems and berries in the upstairs bathroom.
Fidgeted through some paperwork in newly relocated desk
and called it a day.
Thankful it's the week-end.
I have gifts to wrap, laundry to do, a dining room table to clear off,
more Christmas shopping, a Christmas Pageant to attend,
arrangements to get a turkey baked for Christmas, and hoping to go see the movie LINCOLN.
The porch needs cleaned and some red bows added for some Christmas charm.
Want to add some greenery about the house with ornaments attached.
Would like to fix these SNOWBALLS.
