Small Town America will be visited by a challenge this Sunday.
Picketing 5 of 9 Churches in Marion, Kansas will be members of Rev. Fred Phelps
Westboro Baptist Church of Topeka.
They have a picketing schedule posted on their web sight
along with some interesting videos about today's society
and her busted moral compass.
I didn't know much about their beliefs until today.
They believe that America is doomed because America's moral compass is broken.
That ungodly curriculum is being taught in the public schools.
That the Churches aren't preaching God's truth.
The list goes on.
I don't agree with them picketing soldiers funerals.
I suspect the reason they are picketing Marion's churches
is that Ryan Newell, the Veteran that stalked them and is in custody
was living in Marion at the time he was arrested.
Here they come to protest and picket.
I'm not sure if they've picketed in small towns before
where the majority of the churches in that particular small town
were picketed in the same day
or if this is a first.

The two Methodist Churches, Presbyterian, Catholic, and Baptist Churches will be picketed.
The Community Law Enforcement Officers are gearing up for Sunday's protest.
The Christian Church, Lutheran, Good News Christian Fellowship,
and Community Gospel (think this is a Home Church) are not on their picketing list as of yet.
