A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY

WE TRAVELED TO ILLINOIS IN JUNE 2021 and stayed at a beautiful Bed and Breakfast.  A luxury for us.

WAITING FOR ME IN OUR ROOM was this gorgeous flower arrangement on a table by the window.  Lovely surprise from my dear Husband for our stay at a Bed and Breakfast.  We stayed in the Delphinium Room at the INN @ 835 BOUTIQUE HOTEL in Springfield, Illinois. 

Extremely pleasant place to stay while visiting Springfield.  The location was perfect for us as it was so close to the LINCOLN HOME and the Presidential Library and Museum where we had planned to visit.  Short distances to drive to see the sights.  I'd stay here again if I could. 

Fresh bedding and towels with a small coffee bar in the room.  Since COVID the Breakfast was not fancy nor prepared by them.  Instead it was a FIX IT YOURSELF spread.  Food items were cellophane wrapped.  We didn't go hungry.

A lovely place to stay and relax while in Springfield.
