RED and GREEN
are traditionally Christmas colors
and I wondered why.
What I found out.
RED represents Christ's Blood shed for our sins on the cross. (John 19:34)
GREEN represents Eternal Life in CHRIST. (John 3:16-17)
GREEN is specifically an evergreen color,
as evergreen trees are said to never die,
nor will we if we live our life
according to the works of CHRIST.
