Inside Volland Store

~Volland, Kansas~

Out in the middle of nowhere is a Ghost Town

where a brick two story building stands eloquently remodeled waiting for people to meet

and have fellowship.

Volland is an unincorporated community in Wabaunsee County, Kansas, in the United States.

A post office was opened in Volland in 1887, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1955.

The Store closed her doors back in the early 1970s after Mister Kratzer died.  Brick building stood alone deteriorating through the years.

Only been there one other time before great work was done on the Volland Store.

Volland is almost a GHOST TOWN with a history.
