Active day is planned. For an old woman, I hope I can keep up with myself. Just finished icing my heels for 20 minutes. Using small frozen green peas in the bag wrapped in tea towels with my legs elevated in the recliner seems almost like a spa treatment.
I can surf on the internet and figure my day as I sit and let the cold do their thang to my feet. In hopes of my feet getting better, I'm icing down my heels. Some days I manage to get around very well without much pain and others, not so well. The housekeeping chores are done a little here and a little there. It helps having an understanding Husband.
