Located outside Historic Abilene, Kansas is The Brookville Hotel famous for her down home cookin' served FAMILY STYLE. The Brookville Hotel was originally located in Brookville, Kansas and has since been relocated to Abilene in a rebuilt replica of the once well noted hotel. The fine service in a clean diningroom's the same. The FOOD's the same.

After dining on chicken and the works, you can browse the facility.
Upstairs you'll find an Old Fashioned Livingroom and three bedrooms for viewing to get a feel for how things used to be.
You'll leave with your left over chicken and biscuits if there's any left.
After a short wait, you'll be greeted and seated in one of the Diningrooms where the food comes to you.

A very nice evening spent at the Brookville. As we departed a Thunder Storm loomed in the distance which caught up with us as we returned home. All went well and we slept well that night.
