DAY TWO OF THE NEW YEAR WAS DEDICATED to clearing out my 2022 BILL BOOK filled with the year's receipts for expenditures. I've used a BILL BOOK each year from Dollar General for probably 5 years now and continue to want to use one as it makes LIFE easier for me to place the monthly expenses in one place that I can quickly grab, stash, recall where I put the bills. My mini-office at my finger tips. All the bills right there in the proper month pocket. I wish the size of the book were a 8 x 10. May have to look on the internet for a larger one or make one myself.
Collecting and grouping all the receipts with like-kind, the receipts are now in the desk drawer paper clipped together in neat piles.
Not sure what my personality classification is that makes me feel better having order instead of messes. Let there be order.
More paper work was worked on along with dishes, laundry, gathering goodies to mail to my Mom, typed a long letter and made copies of pictures from Christmas. Started taking Christmas decor down. Ate well. Researched about cholesterol. Got into my health portal and did some comparing on my numbers since 2018. Making notes to take with me when I go to my doctor's appointment later this month to talk about this BIG C cholesterol. Studied up on food and health. Pretty much sums up my day.
The weather was rainy and foggy. Stay inside kind of weather.
DAY THREE. Made a list of things to do. The list keeps growing.
I want to order some TUDCA for my gall bladder health. Nobody told me that NOT HAVING A GALL BLADDER CAUSES CHOLESTEROL TO RISE because there is no longer a way to store the bile from the liver that the gall bladder use to hold. Cholesterol increases. Sort of like a malfunction. Potty TALK: stools may be more yellow in color which indicates more fat in bowel.
That's a strike against me. I have no thyroid either which causes cholesterol issues. My Vitamin D has been lower than it should be. Another strike. AND I'm elderly.
I want to continue eating more veggies and drinking spring water. I compared how my facial skin looked from about 2017 until 2022. It looks healthier in 2022. Earlier my skin looked splotchy with red spots. Zooming in, I was surprised to see the difference. I'm older, but my skin looks better now. That's a win. I need all the help I can get.

Each day I need to be working at packing boxes. AND away we go. Downsizing continues and so must I.
