STAYING ON A SCHEDULE, DATING BY EATING MORE FISH, DISCOUNTED THRIFT AND BOTTLED WATER!

TIRES FOR OUR 'LIL CRUISER.  They don't give tires away, do they?  Expensive shoes for our 'lil PETE as we needed to get some new tires for our lil car.  ๐Ÿš™ We chose TOPEKA over MANHATTAN for cheaper taxes on the purchase!  Buying tires was on the agenda for the SUMMER, so I feel better about staying on a schedule.  How's 'bout that...we did it.  This Summer, we had the air conditioning overhauled on Pete and now he has new tires.

DATING.  ON A DATE WITH MY HUBBY.  We still date and I strongly encourage you to do as well as a married couple.  Keeping it real.  Keeping a healthy relationship.

๐Ÿ“ฐ๐Ÿ—ž๐Ÿ“จ Our day started out by getting the mail.
Putted off to TOPEKA across the beautiful Flint Hills.  The weather was on the verge of being overly hot, but as the day wore on, it cooled down to a very pleasant temp.  Oh so refreshing.

๐ŸŸ๐ŸŽฃ LUNCH.  A DATE FOR US.  Trying to eat fish twice a week and haven't been doing this so we went to LONG JOHN SILVERS for fish, hush puppies and green beans.  Had a very quiet meal and then traveled to the TIRE SHOP.

While our 'lil car was getting new tires, I walked over to KOHLs and looked about.  Hubby picked me up and then we took advantage of the SENIOR DISCOUNT DAY at God's Storehouse. Purchased some paper, a checked blouse for me, a framed print, and a pair of old earrings that I will add to my jewelry collection.

๐Ÿšฐ๐Ÿพ Stopped by NATURAL GROCERS for our special bottled electrolyte water.  I know I feel better when I am drinking electrolytes in the water.  I can tell.

HY-VEE.  Cucumbers and celery.  They didn't have the other bottled water that we were wanting so we decided to leave TOPEKA, drive over to MANHATTAN on the interstate to the other HY-VEE that we knew had MOUNTAIN VALLEY WATER and purchase some Cranberry tea that I didn't have any of.  Tea.

๐Ÿฅข Hubby was craving Chinese food so we went to a new Restaurant for Orange Chicken and General Tso's.  He gets what he wants most of the time when it comes to FOOD and I think he deserves it after all the hard work he is doing remodeling our fixer upper COTTAGE.  I also had Crab ๐Ÿฅ  Rangoon.  HOME to unload our spoils. The drive was relaxing as the weather was to where we could roll the windows down.  Awesome in the low 70s.

The drive was ever so pleasant.  The Sun was going down and by now I was exhausted.  Time out.  I washed a couple of large MASON JARS to hold the cucumbers and celery.  We watched an old movie and drifted off to sleep.

SLEPT SUPER WELL.  Woke around 7:30 and decided that since the temps are in the low 70s I'd go for a walk at the track.  Made my mile and called it good.  It made me feel like I had accomplished something after walking.  It was a great feeling.  Walking a mile is getting easier for me.  I may start adding another lap to my mile.  Right now doing two miles is too difficult for me.  When the temps get milder in September then I will have to decide if I want to walk a mile in the morning and one in the evening.  Truthfully this seems like a better way of doing my walking since I'm 7o.

๐Ÿ“ž Phoned my Mom and chatted with her.
๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿซ™Washed and prepped the cucs and celery placing them in the mason jars filled with water placing them in the fridge.  Hopefully, this will extend their lives.  The celery goes limp so fast and the cucumbers aren't keeping well before I get to them.  Great snack foods.
๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ”Œ๐Ÿšฐ Gotta get the City Bill paid at their office.  Getting out of the house this afternoon will be a great thing for me.
๐Ÿ‘š A load of laundry put in.
๐Ÿช‘ Got the last coat of furniture polish put on the 4th dining room chair.  She's drying.  Ran behind on this, but now she's done.
๐Ÿ” Will fix left-over chicken for supper with a zucchini bake for vegetables.
๐Ÿ–Œ Nothing too exciting as I wait for the linen cabinet doors to get painted.  This waiting has been difficult.  I ๐Ÿ˜  start to lose my temper and have to pull back reminding myself that these things take time.  More time than I want to give it.  sigh.  Patience.  Stay busy and time will fly.
๐Ÿงบ In the front Bedroom is a jumbo size basket that I'll move to the Utility room and place on top of the washing machine.  One more thing out of the Bedroom.
๐Ÿ› Next week, I think I will pull the mattress and box springs out of there so I can work with more floor space around me.  It'll make the working in the room easier.  Oh Lord, help me get this done.

Onto a new day.  Walked a mile at the track.  I heated up, but managed to walk with ease without huffing and puffing.  Felt pretty good getting this out of the way.  I was alone at the track and felt comfortable crying out loud.  A great stress reliever.  The messes in the house are eating my lunch as some would say.  I am low on energy and can't seem to get things in maintenance mood.  Every now and then I need to have a good cry.  I did.

Now to go to the City Building and pay that monthly bill.  Back at the house, the housework awaits me.

THE ANSWER IS YES

AS OF LATE, I AM AWAKE SITTING IN MY CHAIR BEFORE THE DINING ROOM LIGHT CLICKS ON AT 6:15.  It's on a timer.  6:15 comes and like clock work, the light clicks on and shines.  I haven't been sleeping the best since we moved.  It's been three weeks.  The little Victorian bed has a very firm mattress and our two grown bodies aren't use to sleeping so close together as older peeps.  It isn't our Queen size mattress.

With having three bedroom suites, one had to go into storage.  I wanted to keep the Victorian Bedroom Suite and my Husband's Grandparents Bedroom set which meant I couldn't use the furniture with the Queen size mattress.  I'm not sure I made the right decision.  Truth is, I had been sleeping in a recliner at the main house since 2020 due to having a horrible cold at the start of  the  c o v i d  pandemic.  When I returned to my bed sleeping on the mattress hurt my shoulders and hips so badly that I returned to the recliner.

After a few months, my Husband started sleeping in his recliner so we were together in the same room.  It remained this way until about a month ago when we left the main house and started sleeping at the COTTAGE.  Hoping I adjust may be a pipe dream.

I believe I will sleep better after the house sells and the responsibility of the main house is no more.  This process between living in the main house to living here in the COTTAGE is full of changes.  Downsizing and having a change of scenery is a huge adjustment.

With THANKSGIVING behind me and CHRISTMAS before me, I have much to think about and do.  The transition from what was to what is takes on a different feel about LIFE.  I am not only working at downsizing our earthly belongings, but I am working at downsizing my huge physical body as well.  I finished DAY ONE of the COLOR WHEEL DIET.  It was trying.  Old habits are hard to break at times.  What I eat is more than what is placed before me.  It's a habit to eat a certain way.  I want sweets and breads.  They call my name in the evenings.  I have got to focus on eating crunchy vegetables in the evening when my BAD HABITS start rearing their ugly heads.  Eat me.  Feed me.  You really want it, don't you?  Am I addicted to certain things?  Have I been programmed to eat unhealthy things?  Yes.  The answer is YES.  I have to retrain myself to say NO.  I don't need that JUNK FOOD.  I don't need to eat.  Drink water and say, NO to eating just because I can.

Actually, with this COLOR WHEEL DIET I am eliminating certain foods from my daily intake of calories.  It's in restrictive eating that I eliminate the wrong kind of calories.  DAY TWO of the COLOR WHEEL DIET.  Tis YELLOW DAY where I get to eat scrambled eggs for breakfast and corn for lunch.  It seems like when I am restricting my food intact that I think about eating FOOD way too much.  I suppose it is the body's way of protecting itself from starving.  To get my focus off of so much food will help make the dieting easier.  How do I do this?  Controlled thinking. Discipline.  Retraining my thoughts.

MAKING HEALTHIER CHOICES has become easier for me and I do think about what I am eating before I pop it into my mouth.  What is this stuff made up of?  Calories?  Fat?  Carbs?  Is it healthy?  Portions and time of day when I eat is also taken into consideration.  In regards to that, I have made huge progress in the last few years.

With a very slow metabolism, my body is slower than the average bear to burning calories and losing weight.  With no thyroid, my thermometer is broken.  I understand that those with hypothyroidism have more difficulty losing weight and should avoid carbs.  Doesn't seem fair when I love carbs.  If I had to choose between a fresh out of the oven piece of bread to eating a salad, I would choose the bread every time.  If I had to choose between a piece of bread and drinking a soda, I'd pick the bread.  Keep in mind that the wheat of this era is not like in Biblical times.  Our wheat has been altered and is no longer the same as it were.  Man has done a number on wheat.

By embracing healthy fruits and vegetables and looking at the bigger picture, I can select to not eat foods higher in carbs.  Encourage myself with veggies which has far less carbs than grains and highly processed foods full of carbs, sugars, chemical additives and fats.

NOW, with having my ovaries removed, I understand that weight gain is common.  I kind of knew that. Taking certain medicines can cause weight gain.  Being Insulin and Lipid resistant can cause weight gain as can being Type 2 diabetic.  I'm not real happy about this.  Not only does OVER EATING and not burning the calories off cause weight gain, but so do a multitude of other factors.  Hormones and chemicals for weight gain are fed to the animals we eat for foods causing us to gain weight as well.

Eating vegetables, drinking water and exercising is the tough pill I must swallow in life.  I have to overcome this obesity.  I don't want to be obese all the days of my LIFE especially as a older woman.  Over time being too heavy contributes to unwanted health issue.  I truly believe this.

Yes, I was one of those people that wanted to believe that being heavy was alright.  Couldn't be helped.  I made excuses as to why I could eat the way I wanted and could get away with drinking diet pop and not exercising.  I truly was.  Now I have embraced the truth that being obese is unhealthy and adds to health problems.  I truly believe this, but I also believe that being skinny can be unhealthy as well.  The quality of our food matters.  NO MATTER WHAT SIZE ONE IS, the quality of what we eat, when we eat and how much we eat, matters.

I know I was not alone about believing that obesity is alright when I read article after article and heard that big is beautiful as a woman.  The untruth that being FAT is alright and that FAT is beautiful, rings in many a ear.  Accept me as I am an oversized lady.  PLUS SIZE ME. TRUTH IS it isn't alright to be obese and it takes special attention to deal with it.  I know that just because one is so called normal in their appearance does not mean they have their act altogether either, but the fact that they weigh less and fall into a range that is more acceptable on the medical charts is far better than being too heavy which causes additional problems.  My goal weight is a ways off, but I see light at the end of the tunnel and having a OH WELL ATTITUDE doesn't belong in my vocabulary.

I have to know what added chemicals are in the food I eat.  Is it really even food?  If the food I'm eating has come from a lab and I eat it, I'm part of the lab experiment.  I AM NOW A LAB RAT and the so called experts like that.  I become a statistic.  A number in a report.  I am one of those that is manipulated and controlled in the scheme of things.

When the truth comes out about chemical additives being in foods and it's GMO engineered, these foods are being pushed on you and red flags should go up.  If you are fooled into believing that this is alright, you'll encounter an unhealthy body where emotional disturbances take place. Mental health issues arise as well.  Poor choices become the norm and you may not know it is even taking place.  A sound mind and body are affected when eating FAKE FOOD that's been created to destroy your well being.  Your very existence is being challenged by a higher hierarchy in human society that believes you are expendable and they want to depopulate the world to make the planet more self sustaining with you out of the picture.  Sounds weird, YES?  Yes, but it is the way of the world and the reality of eating fake food is on the agenda to make room for the elite that believe they are gods and you are an unimportant carbon print taking up space and using resources they want for themselves.  You are a worker bee for them and they own you. They think they can do what ever they want to you and get what the results they want. Conspiracy theory?  No.  It's a reality when you read between the lines and figure out what two plus two is.

Just because there is an abundance of food to eat does not mean it is the right kind of fuel to eat.  That's where MINDFUL EATING needs to kick in and help you process what you are eating.  Why are you eating that? Why?  Because you have to eat and it's what's before you?  It's what you can get your hands on.  It's cheaper to buy?

A lot of times I thought what I was eating was considered being a part of a balanced meal. I believed I was doing the right thing to be healthy.  It was what I was taught and educated about. I had no idea I was being misled until recently.  Ignorance is not bliss.  It's ignorance.

It wasn't simply that I overate and was a slob.  What I ate mattered a great deal.  Being active matters.  Resting matters.  Lower stress levels matter.  Being organized and staying tidy matters. How much I eat and what I eat, matters.  Time of day I eat, matters.  Why I eat MATTERS. What's in the food and if it's actually food, matters.

If I eat what I think is healthy for me and it isn't then I have a problem, don't I?  Many have problems. It isn't just about how much you are eating, it's what you're eating.

Eating vegetables has taken some training and rethinking what and when to eat.  I got use to intermittent fasting this last year and yet, it didn't seem to work well at losing weight.  Not for me.  I know I have to CUT THE CALORIES BIG TIME.   If I give the intermittent fasting more time it might eventually help.  I seem to take longer at everything to get the same results as others.  Slow metabolism.  Very slow.  If I eat more vegetables and pay attention to the time of day I eat, eating within an 8 hour window of time each day, it might assist me in reducing.  Shall see.

When I diet and calories are burning up in my body, I can actually tell that something is happening in my body.  It's uncomfortable, but doable.  I can tell.  This should be good news, but I have a tendency to not like the sensation I am feeling.  It isn't a comforting feeling.  If it's what it takes to thin down, I best let this take place in my temple.

Be selective in what I buy to eat.  Keep in remembrance that not all food is created equal and it matters what I eat.  Eat a variety of different colored foods avoiding highly processed foods and make sure it was grown in healthy soil.  This is a new one to take in.

Nutrient rich soil.  Where do I find this kind of food if I don't grow it myself?  Must I completely change everything about eating?  The answer is YES.

MINDFUL EATING requires an education that may not get me a diploma made out of sheep's skin, but it will assist me in having a healthier physical LIFE.   The answer is YES, I will practice MINDFUL EATING.

POPPING IRISES and EATING THE DANIEL DIET

MY BODY IS SCREAMING AT ME as my back aches a bit from gardening.  Resting my back in the recliner feels awesome.  The drive HOME this evening was delightful as it started raining as we left the COTTAGE.  The timing was excellent.  We had spent time at the COTTAGE working, got finished what we had set out to do, had loaded up to go HOME and it started to sprinkle.

A very light rain came down and that fragrant KANSAS RAIN smell was happening.  What a delightful event.

Our day was very full as Hubby worked some on the ENTRYWAY and I researched on the computer about health issues.  We loaded the car with gardening tools and some other boxes that need to be removed from the premises.  A trip to Manhattan needed to take place to purchase some more grout as Hubby ran out.  We went to Menards, Starbucks, Home Depot and Target.

While at Home Depot I looked at their shrubs and plants.  GORGEOUS MUMS.  Just about decided on YEWS for the front flowerbed at the COTTAGE.  These plants would be about the size and height that I was thinking about to fill in the flowerbed space.

Drove across the Flint Hills to the COTTAGE to unload some things, do some laundry and work in the flowerbed.  Hubby used the weed whacker to trim some over grown grass in the backyard and I did my best to pop the Heirloom Irises with purple blooms out of the flowerbed in front of the porch.  The soil was extremely HARD.  Too hard to quickly work at this task.  I had to labor at it taking my dear sweet time very slow and steady.

I struggled popping these Iris beauties out of the hardened ground.  Had to go inside the house to cool off and check on the laundry.  I just about don't have it to do what needs to be done.

Managed to pop out all the Heirloom Irises and stare at the messy flowerbed dreaming about how it should look.  Daughter will take these Irises and do something with them.

The soil in the flowerbed was so hard making it difficult to pop the Irises.  I managed and stood there eyeballing the soil and talking to it about how it will be whipped into shape.  There is still much to do to BEAUTIFY this place.  Hubby and I had a business meeting in front of the flowerbeds and agreed about what needs to be done.  Now to get this all done.

While I do the laundry each day, I'll work some on these beds.  I'm getting close to being caught up on the dirty laundry.  It doesn't take long to get far behind when it comes to laundry.  I always feel so much better when the laundry is caught up.  Waiting for that blast of feel good when I come to the bottom of the laundry baskets.  Between my husband and myself, I wonder how on earth do we dirty so many pieces of clothing?  Same with filling the waste cans.  In no time the waste cans need emptied again.  Just two old people and it seems like it never ends.

TIME TO HEAD HOME to eat a late supper and relax some.  Maybe watch some television. Thankful that we got as much done as we did.  What a feeling.

When I was researching earlier about thyroid health issues, I came across an article about thyroid issues that come from having eaten ground beef that came from around the neck of cows.  The ground beef may have some of the cow's thyroid in it and when eating this it might cause too much thyroid hormone for your body causing one's thyroid numbers to go whacky.

I haven't paid attention to which part of the cow our ground beef comes from.  Instead we have been trying to buy grass-fed beef to avoid cattle that has been fed bioengineered foods, chemicals and other kinds of hormones.

I may have messed up AGAIN thinking because we were buying and eating grass-fed beef that we were doing a great thing for our health, but hadn't taken into account which part of the cow the ground beef came from meaning we could be eating parts of the cow that will cause health issues even if it is from a grass-fed cow.

I have had a roller coaster ride through the years with my TSH numbers being unstable.  I wonder if my numbers are unstable because I have eaten ground beef with too much thyroid in it?  Makes me wonder.

Not sure how you can tell what part of the cow the ground beef came from unless you buy only certain parts of the cow that's labeled.

THEN, I read that when eating Kosher, you shouldn't eat the cut of beef from the sciatic nerve area in the backside of the cow because it's very fatty plus some other interesting exotic details about what happens when eating this part of the cow.  MOOOve over sexy.

More time is needed to research all about cuts of beef.  What you should eat and what should be avoided.

TODAY, I started another round of eating the DANIEL DIET.  How'd that go?  Pretty well for day one.  No Breakfast.  Lunch was a huge salad.  Snack was unsweetened iced green tea.  Supper was cabbage and potatoes.  Water to drink.  Day two will be more veggies, fruit, legumes, some olives and black beans.

21 days on the Daniel Diet.  I'll have to remind myself that I can do this and 21 days isn't an eternity.  I am not deprived.  I'm blessed.  I can do this Daniel Diet and be better off when all is said and done.

Some tea and water.  Fruits and vegetables.  Legumes and nuts allowed.  No dairy.  No meat.  No grains.  No sugar.  It can be done.  Some weight should come off, cholesterol and blood pressure should improve.  A1c should lower.  This all would benefit my health.

May this week go super well and we get lots done.  Praise the LORD.

OH MY GOODNESS!

DINING ON THE PRAIRIE:

THE RECIPE DIDN'T SAY HOW TO WHIP THIS UP.  I suppose a handheld mixer would work.  I haven't tried the recipe, but think I will!  Let you know how this turns out when I do fix this.

DINING ON THE PRAIRIE will be all the better with healthy desserts like this one.  It wouldn't have all the chemicals in it like Instant Pudding Mix does.  hmmm.  Sounds like a winner to me.

May you have a sweet week-end!

FOOD IDEAS

Hello and welcome.

I saw a very petite lady at the Doctor's office and thought as she was walking away, she is allowed as many calories as I am, an almost 6 foot, big boned woman.  According to the guidelines out there, there are no exceptions.  One size fits all.  1200 calories for a 5' tall female and 1200 calories for a 6' woman.  Ridiculous and unrealistic.

This isn't how God has created people.  We come in various heights, bone size, etc.  How can a 6' chassis run on the same number of calories as a tiny petite make?  You can't and remain healthy. More importantly than the number of calories consumed, the quality and nutritious density should not be ignored.

300 calories each.
Eat a variety of foods that are nutritiously dense.  Getting healthier takes some serious changes.  For now I aim at nutritiously dense foods on the average of 1200 calories a day because I am wanting to downsize and lose weight.  Gathering ideas for meals is educational for me.  Gives me more ideas about what to prepare and eat.

Years ago, I watched a talk show where the odd man out was talking about overweight people are malnourished.  As the years have passed, I so agree with him.  Heavy set people are lacking nutrition.  It's not about calories alone.  Nutrition has a most important part in this as does counting calories and balancing carbs, fats and proteins.  If what we eat is loaded with empty calories and chemicals then it's unhealthy.  Point blank, calories do count, but so does NUTRITION.  Nutritionally Dense foods are necessary.

Here's some food combos to chew on:

Critiquing this, I would say have only 2 pieces of toast with real organic butter is acceptable.  Strawberries on the plate are spot on.  Don't dive into the container holding more strawberries.  If you eat bacon, alright.  Drink only half the orange juice and skip the coffee.  Small plate for sure then chew food slowly and be sure to taste every bite of food in mouth.  Sit to eat and don't discuss upsetting subject matter while dining.  Admire the lovely flowers.  Might add some more protein to this meal like an egg, small amount of peanut butter or avocado on toast.  Should Breakfast have more calories than Lunch or Supper?  Something to think about.

๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ

This one is a very light Breakfast.  I'd skip the coffee and drink spring water.  One piece of toast isn't very much bread and that's alright as long as it's a whole grain non-GMO grain.  Adding peanut butter with a few banana slices isn't that high in the calorie count.  Looks like some spices have been added.  These are low cal, but nutritious.  Eat slowly and don't look back.

Toast 70 calories
1/4 Banana 26 calories
1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter 100 calories

196 calories isn't much so better to have 2 pieces of toast and another tablespoon of peanut butter and 1/4 more banana coming to
392 calories.

This isn't enough greens to feed a bird.  Stack on the greens and help with getting that full feeling, but not have the high calories.  Greens are your friend.  Looks like a crustless Quiche.  No grains then and that's alright.  The tomatoes are actually fruit as the olives are.  More olives added to this wouldn't hurt, but would help with the nutritional value of this meal.  Olives provide healthy fat that we need to function.  Very good for us.

๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…

Looks like the same amount of chicken (between 2 to 4 ounces) in each container with a switch on the vegetables.  Rice as the grain.  Might want to cut back on the rice.  Truthfully, you might want to skip the rice altogether and fill the container with veggies which would mean increasing the amount of veggies probably from one cup to two cups of godly goodness.

๐Ÿ…๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฝ

Using romaine lettuce instead of bread or corn shell is a sensible way to cut calories.  This lettuce wrap looks like it has red onion, diced tomatoes, shredded cheeses, diced avocado and some seasoned ground beef or ground turkey.  Ground turkey has less fat content than beef and can be seasoned to taste like taco meat.  Since the cheese is shredded it goes a long ways.  Stretching the contents makes for bite size enjoyment.  Low in calories, but filling satisfied after eating is a plus.

Might want to half the potatoes.  Egg omelet looks nice and the contents good.  Red peppers or tomatoes with small amount of melted cheese inside the egg would be on the lower end of the calorie count.  Juice to drink.  Can't tell how much juice this is, but it looks like a large glass rather than small.  When it comes to fruit juices, it's better to only have 2 to 4 ounces or a small jigger.  Fruit juices are very high in calories and sugar which don't help diabetics watching their sugar intake.  When drinking juices go small.  Might add seltzer or mineral water to juice to make a juice drink.  Looks like more orange juice, but really isn't.  You can always flavor water with the juice meaning you get some flavor with less calories.  Some nutrition verses none.

I'd skip the coffee, have sliced tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, and two eggs instead of one.  Avocado on healthy bread...okay.

Add some vegetables.  There's no veggies here.  So after this meal the next one needs to be loaded with veggies.  Protein from cheese slices, egg and almonds.  Fruit from that one cherry you can barely see to the red apple.  Not sure what's in the small cup.  Maybe jam for bread?  The muesli bread is alright.  Green Tea?  Is the tea bag made with a GMO product or plastic?

Nice snack.  About 325 calories.

Boiled egg 70 calories
Handful of almonds 200
Blueberries 40
Raspberries 15

This could actually be a light lunch.  Doesn't look like much, but the almonds are high in calories and healthy fat.  Eat these especially slow, chewing them until they are mush in your mouth, then swallow.

Meat and vegetables.  Keto Meal for sure.

A picture is worth a thousand words and actually has no calories.  That's speaking my language.

DECORATING

I knew a very frugal Lady named Edith that shared with me a excellent guideline for decorating. She said with ease, "If your room has clean ceilings, floors, and walls, and the windows have nice curtains, you'll have an attractive room."

BLOSSOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED

BLOSSOM WHERE YOU ARE PLANTED
As long as I live, I will have to continually submit to God's plan for my life. You will be blessed because you turned your life over to God. Be confessing how good God is and tell Him you agree with who He says He is. BELIEVE and watch miracles happen. Be not afraid. ~Deanna

WISHES

NO MATTER HOW BADLY YOU WISH with all your might that the something devastating that happened in your life hadn't happened and want so badly to go back in time to prevent it from happening...it isn't humanly possible to do this. You can't change the fact that it happened. IT DID. But JESUS can change the MEANING of what happened to you and give you PEACE. He can show you the way in which you are to go. God richly BLESS you. ~Deanna
