AVOCADO TOAST/MUFFIN AND EGG

'TWAS WONDERFUL.  RESTED MOST OF THE WEEK-END.  Tis MONDAY.  Laundry needs attention.  I shall weigh myself for the start of the week.  Record it and plan on what to eat this week.  Glance at what veggies and fruits are in the fridge.  Make a grocery list out.

I know I'd like to get some Ezekiel English Muffins, avocados, croutons, organic ketch-up, Almond Milk from Nature's Grocers.  I'll shop on Tuesday then on Wednesday, I will make me my first Avocado Toast/Muffin with egg on top.  I have been eating more avocados in my salads. Now, I'd like to try this Avocado Toast/Muffin with Soy-Free egg.  Small amount of pomegranate juice mixed with orange juice for beverage then later sip on hot unsweetened green tea.      

I LIKE MY EGGS COOKED MORE THAN THIS.

MONDAY:  Weigh self.  Record.  Put away dishes.  Laundry...dress shirts, underwear.  Take my morning pills and sip on a bottle of Spring water.  Hydrate and debate what needs done today.  Check mail.  Fix Fruit Smoothie made with nut milk.  Dishes to do.  Get groomed. Check the fridge for foods needed for the week.  Make grocery list.  LUNCH.  Clean-up.  Exercise with Jack LaLanne.  Cool Down.  Break.  Will look over the bills.  Deal with them.  Take a ride. Get some fresh air.  Drop off Phone Bill.  Gather more things for the DONATION BOX.  Donate on Tuesday.  Somewhere in my day I will listen to some opera.  Try out the new shampoo while showering.  Continue wrapping the Christmas decorations and put away.  Write out some correspondences.  Surf the NET.  Read up on nutrition.  REST.  Quiet TIME.  Read PROVERBS 10.  Supper.  Clean-up.  TAKE VITAMINS. More laundry.  EVENING TIME.  Relax.  Spend time with hubby.  Check-up on Mom and Son. Watch a movie.  Groom.  Ready for bed.  Prayers. Sleep.  Repeat.  Add something new to LIFE. Be refreshed.  Trust in the LORD.  Trust in the LORD.  Trust in the LORD.
