I heard that the snow began to fall around six this morning. I was fast asleep and knew nothing about this until waking later in the morning. Peace came over me when I saw the SNOW. Meaning I would be snowed in not going anywhere today as I would stay HOME to rest. Comfortable and cozy.
PEACEFUL. Quiet outside. So pleasant. A white blanket covers everything in sight. Wish this was CHRISTMAS morning.
My obligations changed as I wrapped my thick flannel housecoat about my body. No meeting up with THE GIRLS for LUNCH to exchange CHRISTMAS GIFTS. Fluffy snow continued to fall all day. Some of the major roads and highways were closed. Not a great time to go somewhere. Sliding in the ditch isn't fun nor is it safe.

Indoors the colorful CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTS came on with a surge of electrical power. Sparkling. The tree is so pretty and cheery to me. LOVELY.
The tree was decorated yesterday and so it will be enjoyed until after January 6th's EPIPHANY. We'll still enjoy the glow for 3 to 4 weeks to come. Christmas SHOPPING will continue this week. A Christmas letter will be composed and cards mailed. I bought the stamps already and I continue to focus on this season. BAKING will take place in a few days.
I don't suppose I'll make it to the POST OFFICE tomorrow to mail some more small packages. Shall see. Bundling up to make my way to the car will take some time. I no longer have Galoshes to keep my feet dry.
Long gone are my days of wearing rubbery boots. Time to resurrect these. Will be on the look-out for some. If everything goes well, they could last twenty years or so! Have mercy...I would be a 84 year old woman. SO be it.
SUNDAY EVENING, I telephoned my MOM visiting about an hour with her. She sounded tired. Sharing that one of the symptoms of Vitamin D deficiency is fatigue. Wishing that she'd have this checked...she doesn't like being told what to do. TODAY, I stayed in my housecoat surfing the internet just occasionally doing a chore and thinking about what I need to do this coming week. Slow paced. Checked out Victorian houses. Vitamin news. Tried to take a nap, but wasn't successful. Victorian dishes and toured Anne of Green Gables house in Prince Edward Island. Read up on Lucy Montgomery and her unhappy life as a Pastor's wife. I am not a Calvinist who believes that those who are going to heaven are already selected. Praise God for HIS Salvation which is available to all in whosoever believes on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ is saved.
I have a hobby of studying some branches of religion and looking for the errors. Hours of entertainment. I do not agree with The New Apostolic Reformation MOVEMENT also known as the NAR.
P a u l a. W h i t e. C a i n. is involved with this movement as she believes that she is a modern day apostle. A self appointed one. Our DEAR President's spiritual advisor is P a u l a. He believes she has the IT FACTOR. P a u l a says the IT FACTOR is the Holy Spirit. I question her sincerity.
I question a great deal about Mrs. White-Cain. Watching videos with her in actual services is troubling especially when she says to place your jewelry in the offering plate. Yo what? Yo jewelry.
Is the NAR invading the White House? Many are impressed that there are Christian prayers going on inside the White House without taking into account what NAR believers believe.
